< READING >
The japanese reading : kyu u
The sound reading : na ( ku )

< MEANING >
cry, shed tears without giving a sound, tears, be reluctant, be delayed and do not drift

< ORIGIN >
「氵」+「立」
氵 : water
立 : The simplified form of '' 粒 ( drop, grain ) ''
give the drop of tears and drain it

< USE >
号泣 [go u - kyu u] : wailing
感泣 [ka n - kyu u] : weeping with emotion
嬉し泣き [u re - si - na - ki] : cry for joy

example) 赤ちゃんは元気よく泣きます。[ a ka - cha n wa - ge n - ki - yo ku - na - ki ma su. ] The baby cries lively.

< ORIGIN >
「竹」+「夭」
竹 : bamboo
夭 : thin
make a mouth narrower thin and laugh

< USE >
微笑 [bi - sho u] : smile
高笑 [ta ka - wa ra i] : loud laughter
笑顔 [e - ga o ( special reading )] : smile

example) 笑う門には福来る。[ wa ra - u - ka do - ni wa - fu ku - ki ta - ru. ] Happiness comes to the person who always laughs. ( A Japanese proverb. )

drink, control the feeling that seems to be reflected on appearance, beverage, oral medicine

< ORIGIN >
「left part」+「欠」
left part : An action to put liquor in pot, to close the cap firmly.
欠 : The form of the person who opened a mouth.
put in a mouth and shut in it

< USE >
飲食店 [in - sho ku - te n] : restaurant
飲料水 [in - ryo u - su i] : Drinking water
飲酒 [in - shu] : Drinking

甘味 [ka n - mi] : sweetness
